As Chair or Director, navigating through the Tenure, Permanence, and Promotion (T/P/P) process, at times, can have its challenges. This workshop promises to provide Chairs, Directors and their Administrators with:

• An overview of the Policy and Regulations with Respect to Academic Appointment, Tenure and Promotion*
• An overview of the teaching portfolio.
• Remarks and guidance on policy and process-related issues from each of the six Faculty T/P Committees.
• An opportunity to ask questions.

*Reviewing the Policy in advance of the session is encouraged.
