The Office of the Provost and the MacPherson Institute will be hosting an orientation for new faculty members. Registration is now open!


This half-day event offers a space to connect with experienced faculty and reflect on your teaching experiences during your first few weeks on campus, and an opportunity to connect with senior administration on campus to hear of the wider university goals regarding teaching.


This year we will be offering the event in a hybrid format. Attendees will have the option to attend in person or watch a live stream of the event and participate via zoom. For those attending in person, the event will conclude with lunch and a Resource Fair, where we invite you to meet many of the teaching-related support and service departments here on campus.
