They are all discussing AI topics, with digital tablets and papers scattered on the table, and the outdoor group has a flip chart with diagrams of neural networks.Jointly sponsored by the McMaster Students Union, the McMaster University Faculty Association, CUPE 3906, the MacPherson Institute and the Office of the Provost, the Generative AI Community Dialogues are an opportunity for educators and students to share experiences, ideas, challenges and opportunities with using generative AI in teaching and learning, and to provide constructive feedback on the Provisional Guidelines on the Use of Generative AI in Teaching and Learning. All students, faculty, sessional instructors and teaching assistants are invited to attend.
