In collaboration with Human Resources and the McMaster AI Advisory Committee, these workshops are designed for McMaster staff and supervisors to explore generative AI in operational activities and to address questions related to the Provisional Guidelines on the Use of Generative AI for Operational Excellence.

There are two workshops available, each will be hosted twice. You may sign up for one or both depending on your role and interest. All workshops will be held on Zoom.

“Operational Excellence and Generative AI: General” addresses an overview of generative artificial intelligence, using generative AI tools in the McMaster context, and a review of the Provisional Guidelines.

“Operational Excellence and Generative AI: Leaders” addresses an overview of generative artificial intelligence, using generative AI tools in the McMaster context, and a review of the Provisional Guidelines with a specific focus on engaging in individual or team conversations about the use of generative AI.
