This one-hour workshop will cover the fundamentals of the Career Progress/Merit (CP/M) scheme and will provide some guidance about how best to fill out the Record of Activities (RoA) form. It is geared towards new MUFA faculty members in their first few years at McMaster from Faculties other than Health Sciences.


Led by Alison Sills, Chair of Physics & Astronomy and former MUFA president, and Rebecca Taylor, Educational Developer, MacPherson Institute.
