Open to all new faculty (including sessional faculty) who joined McMaster within the last two years, as well as current postdocs. A monthly workshop series, offered from September to April by the Office of the Provost. Workshops introduce McMaster’s management and support structures. Each peer-to-peer workshop provides an opportunity for junior faculty to engage with reputable McMaster faculty and/or senior leaders, helping to foster intellectual growth and campus community connections.
