Ready to try mindfulness or expand your existing practice?
Mac Mindfulness invites you to join our Introduction to Mindfulness program, designed to help you develop a more grounded perspective on both your work and personal life. These sessions are guided by MIEA (formerly known as Koru), an evidence-based mindfulness curriculum originally created for university-aged adults and now widely used across campuses and in communities.
The program will help you better manage your stress and enhance your focus. Participants who have completed the program have learned and applied mindfulness-based stress management strategies and have reported feeling more calm, self-compassionate, and less reactive to stress.
