This year, we’re excited to offer two standalone sessions for our new faculty—one during the fall semester and another during the winter. Each session is designed to support new and newer faculty as they navigate their first years at McMaster.

We invite you to save the date for our upcoming New Faculty Exchange this fall.

This event will provide a welcoming space to exchange ideas, gain practical insights, and build meaningful connections with colleagues. The session will include:

• Faculty Essentials: Quick, expert-led sessions on teaching and learning, graduate supervision, and research funding.
• Collaborative Conversations: Peer reflections and open discussions with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and fellow colleagues.
• Connection: Opportunities to engage with peers in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

This will be an in-person only event and will take place at Crescent House.
